ASM Technologies Limited, a design-led manufacturer for the semiconductor and automotive industries, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guidance, Government of Tamil Nadu. Under this agreement, the company will invest ₹250 crore to expand its ESDM-related design-led manufacturing and precision engineering capacity.
As part of the MoU, ASM Technologies will acquire five acres of land from the state government. The company will use it to establish a state-of-the-art design facility within Tamil Nadu’s rapidly growing technology manufacturing ecosystem. This facility will provide ASM with long-term strategic advantages and strengthen its global positioning.
