Navin Fluorine International Limited (NFIL) has approved a capital expenditure of ₹311.5 crore to expand and upgrade its production facilities, reinforcing its commitment to meet rising demand and enhance operational efficiency across its business segments.
Strengthening HFC Production Capacity in Surat
The expansion aims to meet the growing demand for R32, a widely used refrigerant in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, driven by increased adoption of energy-efficient cooling solutions.
This investment aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen its specialty chemical and refrigerant portfolio, positioning NFIL as a key domestic supplier amid evolving global environmental and regulatory frameworks.
Enhancing Efficiency at Dahej Multi-Purpose Plant
Additionally, ₹75 crore has been allocated for debottlenecking and upgrading the Multi-Purpose Plant (MPP) at Dahej. The project will focus on optimising existing operations, boosting throughput, and improving overall production efficiency across NFIL’s advanced chemistry capabilities.
