Suzlon bagged a 201.6 MW wind power project from Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), the Independent Power Producer (IPP) arm of the Waaree Group. The project marks Waaree Group’s first wind energy venture in Andhra Pradesh and will be executed under Suzlon’s Development Company (DevCo) model. The order represents a strategic milestone for both companies as they expand their capabilities from individual renewable technologies to integrated clean energy solutions.

Suzlon to Supply 64 Advanced Wind Turbines
Suzlon will install 64 units of its flagship S144 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW, at the project site in Andhra Pradesh. The company will provide a complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solution that includes land acquisition, wind turbine supply, Balance of Plant (BoP) works, project commissioning and lifetime operations and maintenance (O&M) services. The comprehensive execution approach is designed to ensure seamless project delivery while maximizing long-term operational efficiency.
