India Glycols Limited will operate as three separate entities from September 1, 2026, following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the company’s demerger. The restructuring will create three entities — India Glycols Limited, IGL Spirits Limited and Ennature Bio Pharma Limited. The newly formed IGL Spirits Limited will house the company’s spirits operations, including Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), country liquor and bio-fuel businesses. IGL Spirits reported net revenue of Rs 694 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Following the demerger, the management of IGL Spirits Limited will apply to the BSE and NSE to list its shares on the respective stock exchanges.
Ennature Bio Pharma to Focus on Bio-Pharma and Bio-Polymers
Ennature Bio Pharma Limited will bring together the company’s bio-pharma and bio-polymers businesses. The entity reported net revenue of Rs 90 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Its management will subsequently apply to the BSE and NSE for listing of Ennature Bio Pharma shares on the respective exchanges.
