Amara Raja Infra Pvt Ltd (ARIPL) bagged a contract for a 700 MWp solar balance of system (BoS) project from Greenko. The project is located on a vast area of 2,200 acres near Uyyalavada in Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district. The project’s responsibilities include the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the complete BoS for the solar segment. This marks the largest solar project undertaken by ARIPL to date.
As reported by Projects Today, the initiative is a part of Greenko’s pioneering integrated renewable energy project, aimed at creating the first and largest GW-scale project worldwide that incorporates solar, wind, and pumped-storage facilities. ARIPL is known for its expertise in power and civil engineering projects, providing comprehensive design and EPC services.
