Ami Organics signed an agreement with Fermion, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orion Corporation, Finland. Ami Organics will produce two additional advanced pharmaceutical intermediates for Fermion. The intermediates will be utilised for in-house production, complementing the previously signed agreement for advanced pharmaceutical intermediates with Fermion.
The collaboration is expected to enhance the value of the final advanced intermediates supplied by Ami Organics to Fermion, resulting in a higher value for the end product. It will also position the company as a key supplier to Fermion, delivering crucial advanced intermediates. The manufacturing of these products is scheduled to take place at the the Ankleshwar plant.
