Anupam Rasayan India, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anupam Japan GK, located in Tokyo. The new subsidiary, will engage in the trade of a diverse range of chemicals, such as those used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, petrochemicals, personal care, polymers, and batteries.
As reported by NDTV Profit, although the Japanese subsidiary has not yet initiated its business operations under the registered name, the strategic decision underscores the company’s intent to leverage the dynamic Japanese market for synergistic market expansion.
