Fineotex Chemical’s subsidiary, FSPL Specialities, acquired additional land premises situated at Ambernath, MIDC, Thane, Maharashtra. The total investment for the acquisition amounted to ₹35 crore, funded through the company’s internal accruals.
The newly acquired plant is strategically positioned to efficiently address the growing demands of customers within the existing speciality performance chemical product line. The products cater to various industries, including textile, home care, cleaning, hygiene, and drilling speciality chemicals.
