SRF Completes Fluorocarbon Refrigerant Gas Capacity Expansion Project

SRF completed the project dedicated to expanding the capacity of fluorocarbon refrigerant gas (HFC). Sanctioned by the board in July 2021, the venture incurred a total expenditure of ₹317 crore.

The primary aim of the undertaking was to elevate the production capabilities of refrigerant gas while concurrently integrating supply chains, thereby fortifying the overall stability of the supply network.

As reported by moneycontrol, the completion and activation of the project not only signify its seamless execution, but also underscore SRF’s commitment to bolstering its proficiency in the manufacturing and distribution of fluorocarbon refrigerant gas.
