Graphite electrodes manufacturer Graphite India Limited acquires thirty one percent stake in Hyderabad-based EV battery and ESS solutions provider GODI India for ₹50 crore as reported by The Times of India.
Graphite India Executive Director Ashutosh Dixit said, “GODI India manufactures lithium ion, sodium ion and solid-state batteries for electric vehicles and consumer electronics for Indian and global markets”. GODI India Founder and Director Mahesh Godi informed that the firm has developed all the essential battery materials and components using environmentally-friendly processes.
