Pidilite Industries has appointed Sudhanshu Vats as Managing Director, effective April 2025. Vats will succeed Bharat Puri, who has served as CEO and MD for a decade and will step down from his position. With over thirty years of leadership experience spanning media, broadcasting, and FMCG sectors, Vats joined Pidilite in 2021 as Deputy Managing Director.
As reported by people matters, previously, he held MD and CEO positions at EPL Ltd. and Viacom18, along with leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Unilever, Broadcast Audience Research Council India, Confederation of Indian Industry, and BP (Castrol) India.
