Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment firm specializing in acquiring robust businesses in growing sectors with clear avenues for performance enhancement, has recently disclosed that one of its affiliates has entered into a definitive agreement with several subsidiaries of Koch Engineered Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
As reported by businesswire, this agreement outlines the acquisition of Koch Separation Solutions (KSS). Through this acquisition led by Sun Capital’s affiliate, KSS aims to bolster its presence in the market and enhance its operational efficiencies. KSS provides a range of solutions, including membrane filtration, ion exchange, evaporators, dryers, and exclusive cheesemaking technologies, catering to various industries such as industrial, food, beverage, dairy, and others.
