Dow Chemical International Pvt. Ltd (Dow India) has been recognised as a leading advocate for inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Dow India received the esteemed ‘Best Companies for Women (BCWI) in India 2023’ award and was acknowledged in the ‘Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI) India 2023’ by Avtar and Seramount.

Out of more than 300 companies that applied for the 2023 BCWI, Dow India stood out for its unwavering commitment to inclusion and diversity.

The MICI award evaluated companies in three primary areas:

*Diversity Representation: This criterion includes factors such as gender, generation, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ representation.
