Ltd., a developer of advanced membrane and thermodynamic separation technologies. The two companies have signed a Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly evaluate, develop, and potentially commercialize next-generation membrane technologies for industrial water treatment, water reuse, and resource recovery.
The partnership combines Syensqo’s expertise in high-performance membrane materials and hollow fiber technologies with Memsift’s proprietary membrane engineering capabilities and its innovative HEXAGON™ Technology Platform, which is designed to support circular water infrastructure.

Through this collaboration, the companies aim to develop advanced membrane architectures capable of meeting the demanding requirements of modern industrial operations. The technologies under evaluation are expected to support applications such as wastewater recycling, ultra-pure water production, industrial resource recovery, concentration of process streams, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
