Tanfac Industries Ltd. has signed a significant supply contract worth ₹336 crore with Krishna Organics, Vadodara, as disclosed in its exchange filing dated November 28. The agreement covers the long-term supply of High Purity Diluted Hydrofluoric Acid, a critical chemical used in several industrial applications.
Long-Term Supply Agreement Through FY 2028–29
According to the filing, the contract will run for 3.5 years, extending up to FY 2028–29. Tanfac confirmed that the order is entirely domestic and based on mutually agreed technical specifications.
