With this launch, ABB India now offers a comprehensive flameproof motor range with outputs from 0.18kW to 500kW, ensuring safe operations in the most demanding industrial conditions.

The motors are available in IE2, IE3, and IE4 efficiency classes, optimizing performance while minimizing energy consumption.

Because industrial equipment often operates under partial load conditions, these motors are designed to maintain high efficiency at around 75% loading. This feature significantly reduces energy consumption and offers long-term cost savings.

For variable torque applications that run primarily at partial loads, pairing these motors with variable frequency drives (VFD) further enhances energy savings. This combination improves operational efficiency and reduces energy costs.
