HCA Healthcare Launches $75 Million Global Capability Center in Hyderabad

US-based healthcare giant HCA Healthcare, Inc. inaugurated its India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, marking a major milestone in its global expansion strategy. The centre will serve as a strategic innovation hub. It will leverage advanced digital and technological capabilities. These will enhance operational excellence across HCA Healthcare’s network in the United States and the United Kingdom.

HCA Healthcare plans to invest approximately $75 million by the end of 2025 to scale the Hyderabad GCC. As part of this expansion, the company aims to grow its workforce to 3,000 professionals by the end of 2026. Further growth is anticipated in the following years. The Hyderabad GCC will focus on recruiting and developing talent across a range of business functions. These include information technology, supply chain, procurement, human resources, finance, and accounting.
