Advanta bioKEMIX, the Indian subsidiary of the global bioKEMIX network, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Resolkem, a Goa-based manufacturer of high-purity GCHS-grade solvents founded by industry veteran Anand Malage, formerly associated with Cipla. Through this partnership, the companies aim to strengthen India’s capabilities in high-purity specialty chemicals manufacturing and address the growing global demand from the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Formation of Resolkem Private Limited
As part of the agreement, Advanta bioKEMIX and Anand Malage have incorporated a new entity, Resolkem Private Limited. The joint venture will acquire and operate Resolkem’s existing business and manufacturing equipment, which previously functioned as a sole proprietorship.
By combining Resolkem’s technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities with Advanta bioKEMIX’s global market access, distribution network, and supply chain strengths, the new company intends to create a leading platform for producing high-purity solvents. These products will serve industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, specialty chemicals, and advanced materials.
