BGR Tech, in partnership with Collabrah India, a strategic joint venture, bagged a ₹53.5 crore contract from Oil India Limited (OIL). The project involves deploying six Surface Production Facilities (SPFs) to enhance oil production efficiency.
Three-Year Execution Across Assam
BGR Tech and Collabrah India will execute the contract over three years across OIL India’s key operational zones in Assam. In addition to the initial scope, the agreement allows them to supply additional units under a Framework Provision based on OIL India’s requirements.
Combining Expertise for Greater Impact
The collaboration leverages BGR Tech’s engineering strength and Collabrah execution capabilities, aligning with OIL India’s production expansion plans. The initiative supports the ministry of petroleum and natural gas’s vision for enhanced domestic oil production.
Future Growth Opportunities
BGR Tech is already eyeing further collaborations with ONGC and other exploration companies. These include key regions such as Mumbai High, Cauvery Basin, KG Basin, Ahmedabad Assets, and the Northeast. These engagements aim to expand the company’s presence in India’s critical oil and gas infrastructure projects.
Strengthening Energy Independence
As per the press release, with a strong focus on resilience and reduced import dependency, BGR Tech reinforces the MNRE’s mission to develop home-grown energy solutions. This strategic approach positions the company as a key player in India’s push for energy security and sustainability.
