Fineotex Chemical Limited (FCL), one of India’s leading multinational manufacturers of specialty performance chemicals, has officially commenced operations at its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ambernath on August 7, 2025. The strategic expansion significantly strengthens Fineotex’s production capabilities and supports its long-term growth vision in both domestic and international markets.
Expanding Operational Footprint
Fineotex has invested approximately ₹60 crore in the new facility, funded through a mix of internal accruals and capital raised. Spread across 7 acres, this facility adds substantial capacity to the company’s infrastructure.
In its first phase, the new plant increases Fineotex’s total production capacity by 15,000 metric tons, allowing it to meet growing demand for specialty chemicals across key sectors.
Strategic Location Ensures Seamless Logistics
Located close to major logistics hubs – including Nhava Sheva Port (JNPT), Bhiwandi, and the company’s existing Ambernath plant—the new facility ensures efficient logistics, faster delivery, and reduced turnaround times for customers.
