Grew Energy bagged the most significant portion, 200 MW, of the Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) 400 MW tender. Issued in December 2023, the tender required the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules of a uniform size and crystalline technology to various locations across India in accordance with SECI regulations.

The products and their spare parts must be delivered over a period of nine months. CEO Vinay Thadani stated that Grew Energy possesses the necessary technology and capacity to handle several solar projects throughout the nation.

As reported by businessline, the contract involves testing, packaging, forwarding, supplying, and transporting the solar PV modules. Grew Energy is among the select companies that produce solar PV modules using domestically sourced solar cells.
