Conducted during May–June 2025, the HP Pay Fuel Fest campaign was a collaborative effort involving HPCL’s Retail team, Marketing Officers, COMCO Officers, and the HP Pay team. By harnessing actionable insights from the MoEngage customer engagement platform, the campaign implemented targeted brand promotions. It also applied forecourt excellence strategies across all retail zones. The data-driven and customer-focused approach significantly enhanced outreach and strengthened HPCL’s brand presence. It also delivered a more personalised and seamless experience for fuel consumers across the retail network.
