Inox Wind Bags Order for Wind Turbine Generators

Inox Wind has bagged a contract for 279 MW from a commercial and industrial player. The order is with regards to Inox’s cutting-edge three MW wind turbine generators (WTGs), encompassing a combination of equipment supply with a limited scope of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for 180 MW, along with comprehensive turnkey execution for the remaining 99 MW.

As reported by BW BUSINESSWORLD, Inox Wind will deliver post-commissioning multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) services. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2025, and the WTGs will be strategically installed across Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Kailash Tarachandani, CEO, Inox Wind commented, “The order highlights Inox Wind’s strong capabilities in end-to-end turnkey wind projects as well as pure-play equipment supplies, as we move towards having an equal proportion of both in our consolidated order book going ahead. This repeat order is a testimony of our capabilities and credentials as a strong partner. I believe this order as well as our strong order inflow pipeline reinforces our commitment towards achieving substantial growth in execution and profitability in FY25 and beyond”.
