Shalimar Paints Limited has announced the appointment of Kuldip Raina as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), effective April 10, 2025. The board of directors approved the appointment based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee. He will serve a three-year tenure, ending on April 9, 2028.

Raina, who joined Shalimar Paints in May 2022, currently serves as Director – Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Sourcing. A seasoned business leader, he brings over 30 years of cross-sector experience spanning paints, FMCG, consumer products, and organized retail. Known for his visionary leadership, Raina has consistently delivered strong results, leading business transformations and driving sustainable growth.

Before joining Shalimar Paints, Raina served as the CEO of Nerofix Private Limited, a Kansai Nerolac Paints group company, where he was instrumental in establishing the brand in the adhesives and construction chemicals segment. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Kansai Nerolac Paints, Jubilant Industries, Arvind Brands, and ITC Limited.
