North Eastern Carrying Corporation Limited (NECC), a logistics firm, has bagged a contract valued at ₹52.48 crore from GAIL (India) Limited. The agreement entails the transportation of polymer and is set for a three-year period. NECC clinched the deal through a competitive bidding process.
As reported by ETEnergyworld.com, as one of the major players in the freight forwarding sector in India, NECC extends its services to neighbouring countries such as Bhutan and Nepal. GAIL (India) Limited, operating under the ministry of petroleum and natural gas, is one of the key players in the natural gas industry.
