Saatvik Bags Rs. 44.10 Crore Solar Module Order

Saatvik Green Energy announced that its arm, Saatvik Solar Industries, has received and accepted a solar PV module supply order worth ₹44.10 crore. A leading independent power producer (IPP) and EPC player has placed the order, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in India’s renewable energy sector. The company plans to execute the module supply by March 2026, reinforcing its delivery capabilities and market credibility.

Expanding Order Book Across IPP and EPC Segments

This latest contract significantly enhances Saatvik Green Energy’s robust order pipeline. In recent months, Saatvik Solar Industries has secured:

₹9.63 crore solar module supply order from an EPC player

₹10.15 crore module supply contract from another EPC firm

₹13.80 crore module order from an IPP/EPC company

Additionally, its subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC, bagged a ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC project. Notably, the company also secured a major ₹486 crore solar module order from a leading IPP/EPC player, underscoring strong market demand and growing client confidence. Together, these contracts reflect Saatvik’s expanding footprint in India’s solar power and renewable energy ecosystem.

Strengthening Vertical Integration with 2 GW EPE Facility

Beyond order wins, Saatvik continues to enhance its manufacturing capabilities. Recently, the company commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE (Encapsulant Polyolefin Elastomer) film manufacturing facility. By integrating EPE film production into its value chain, Saatvik aims to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce dependency on imports, and strengthen quality control. This move also aligns with India’s broader “Make in India” manufacturing objectives.

Scaling Up Solar Manufacturing Capacity

Currently, Saatvik Green Energy operates a 4.8 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana. At the same time, the company is developing a Greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha.

The Odisha project will feature:

*4 GW solar module capacity

*4.8 GW solar cell manufacturing capacity

Once operational, this integrated facility will significantly boost Saatvik’s production scale and competitiveness in the domestic and global solar markets.

Positioning for India’s Renewable Energy Growth

With a growing order book, enhanced vertical integration, and expanding manufacturing capacity, Saatvik Green Energy is strategically positioning itself as a key player in India’s solar energy transition. As reported by pv-magazine-india.com, as demand for solar PV modules continues to rise across utility-scale and rooftop projects, the company’s latest ₹44.10 crore order further reinforces its strong growth momentum in the renewable energy sector.
