Orbia Advance Corporation S.A.B. de CV, successfully closed the previously announced sale of its Indian pipes and fittings business under the Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) brand to The Supreme Industries Ltd.—India’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer. Under the terms of the agreement, Supreme acquired the business for $30 million, along with net working capital adjustments. The transaction was finalized on July 31, 2025, following regulatory approvals and confirmatory due diligence.
Strategic Licensing Deal Unlocks Advanced Water Management Technologies

With this acquisition, Supreme gains exclusive rights to Wavin’s proprietary solutions in drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater management. The deal blends Supreme’s manufacturing strength and extensive reach with Wavin’s global expertise to drive the next wave of sustainable and reliable infrastructure growth across the country.
