Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has clinched a major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract worth ₹345 crore for a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The project, commissioned by a leading Indian renewable energy company, involves the turnkey development of a 300 MW AC/435 MW DC ground-mounted solar power plant.
Project Set for Completion by FY 2025–26
The large-scale solar plant is expected to be completed within the financial year 2025–26, marking another step forward in India’s rapid renewable energy expansion. WRTL will manage the end-to-end execution of the project, covering design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

Sunil Rathi, Executive Director of WRTL, said, “This project is a testament to our robust technical expertise and proven execution strength.” He added that Waaree has already executed over 2.32 GW of solar EPC projects, with an additional 3.2 GW currently under execution.
