Yasho Industries signed a fifteen-year supply agreement with a leading global multinational corporation to deliver lubricant additives. The deal will generate around ₹150 crore in annual revenue starting from the end of fiscal 2027.

Dedicated Facility to be Built at Pakhajan Site

Yasho Industries will construct a dedicated facility at its Pakhajan site to fulfill the long-term contract. The company confirmed that the customer will provide an advance to fund the project, ensuring smooth execution. According to the company’s regulatory filing, the new plant will be ready within 12 to 18 months, and the company will commence commercial supplies in the fourth quarter of FY27.

Pricing Linked to Pre-Agreed Formula

The pricing structure for the lubricant additives will follow a pre-agreed formula with the customer, ensuring transparency and consistency. Yasho Industries clarified that the agreement does not involve any related-party transactions or promoter interest. This reinforces its commitment to ethical business practices.
