Eurofragance Appoints Felipe Araya to Lead Europe, Africa and Türkiye Operations

Eurofragance, the multinational perfume house, appointed Felipe Araya as General Manager for Europe, Africa and Türkiye (EAT). The move strengthens the company’s regional leadership structure and aligns with the new strategic direction set by CEO Joan Pere Jiménez. The newly created role reflects Eurofragance’s ambition to consolidate its presence across key markets while accelerating commercial growth in the EAT region.

Strategic Leadership Transition Under New CEO

The appointment follows Joan Pere Jiménez’s elevation to Chief Executive Officer and his renewed focus on operational excellence and long-term expansion. As part of this transformation, Eurofragance has restructured its leadership framework to enhance agility, customer proximity, and regional accountability. Consequently, Araya’s appointment marks a pivotal step in strengthening execution across Europe, Africa, and Türkiye.

Over 20 Years of Experience in Fine Fragrance and Luxury Beauty

Felipe Araya brings more than two decades of international experience in management, sales, and marketing within the fine fragrance and luxury beauty sectors.

Since joining Eurofragance in March 2025 as Sales Director for EAT, he has:

*Strengthened strategic relationships with regional clients

As a result, he has already played a crucial role in reinforcing Eurofragance’s commercial footprint in the region.

Proven Track Record in Commercial Strategy and Innovation

Throughout his career, Araya has held senior leadership roles across the beauty and fragrance industry. Notably, he worked within the Perris Group and Angelini Beauty, where he successfully drove commercial strategies and championed customer-centric innovation. Prior to joining Eurofragance, he served as Head of Global Sales & Marketing and Deputy CEO at Unicskin and Luxmetique, further strengthening his global leadership credentials.
