Focus on Local Employment and Skills
To create opportunities for local youth, HPCL Rajasthan Refinery is setting up a dedicated skill development facility. This initiative aims to equip job seekers with specialized training for roles in the refinery and related industries.
Key Operational Systems Launched
During the event, the leaders also launched the operator training simulator and activated the pumping system for the crude distillation unit (CDU) and delayed coking unit (DCU). These steps mark significant progress toward commissioning the refinery.
