Shree Renga to Invest in Greenfield PET Bottle Recycling Plant in Karur

Shree Renga Polymers, based in Tamil Nadu, is making a significant investment of ₹100 crore to establish a new PET bottle recycling facility in Thennilai and Manavasi, located in the Karur region. The state-of-the-art facility will employ cutting-edge technology to transform discarded PET bottles into sustainable textiles and garments, contributing to environmentally friendly practices.

The project aims to utilise the latest advancements in recycling technology to convert waste PET bottles into high-value products such as fibres, yarns, and garments. As reported by businessline, the greenfield initiative proves the company’s commitment to innovative and eco-friendly solutions for PET bottle recycling in western Tamil Nadu.
