Premier Energies Bags Solar Module Supply Order

Premier Energies, a fully-integrated manufacturer of solar cells and modules, has secured a substantial supply order from NTPC Limited for 608 megawatts (MW) of DCR (indigenous solar cell and module) bifacial solar PV modules.

NTPC is aiming to reach a capacity of 130 GW by 2032. The order is valued at approximately ₹1,700 crore. The modules will be utilised for the Nokh Solar PV Project in Rajasthan, and the delivery is anticipated to be completed within a nine-month timeframe. As reported by FINANCIAL EXPRESS, Premier Energies produces these bifacial solar PV modules at its forty-acre facility in Hyderabad, designed to optimize energy generation, thereby improving overall project efficiency and output.
