Vinati Organics Limited has commenced commercial production of Ortho Secondary Butyl Phenol (OSBP) and Di-Secondary Butyl Phenol (DSBP) at the company’s Lote facility. OSBP serves various purposes in industries such as agrochemicals, polystyrene, perfumery, and liquid solvent dyes.
DSBP plays a vital role in the production of surfactants for agrochemicals and is also utilised in the manufacturing of specialty liquid dyes. As reported by EQUITY BULLS, Vinati is one of the top manufacturers of OSBP and DSBP in India, boasting an installed capacity of 5,000 metric tons (MT) and 1,000 MT, respectively.
