Ami Organics, an advance pharmaceutical intermediates and speciality chemicals company inaugurated a manufacturing plant at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The development is a strategic part of the company’s commitment to bolstering its position in the advance pharmaceutical intermediates segment.
The Ankleshwar site, extending over 10,375 square meters, is undergoing a significant brownfield expansion to support the company’s burgeoning pharmaceutical intermediates business. The commencement of production is subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.
Naresh Patel, Executive Chairman and Managing Director, Ami Organics Limited commented, “The inauguration marks a significant leap forward for our Ankleshwar facility. Achieving near completion within a year since the groundwork commenced, reflects our team’s dedication and expertise. The press release stated that the new facility, which replaces the previous facility, has been constructed with modern advanced technology and has acquired all necessary environmental clearances.
