Himadri Speciality Chemical’s Profits Surge

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL) reported a significant 67% increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching ₹108.78 crore for the quarter ending December 31. In the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year 2022-23, the company had achieved a net profit of ₹65.21 crore.

The total income for the quarter rose to ₹1,062.70 crore, compared to ₹1,045.06 crore in the same period a year ago. During this quarter, HSCL effectively reduced its expenses to ₹912.55 crore from the previous ₹965.59 crore.

As reported by Business Standard, Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of green energy, anode materials for li-ion batteries, special types of oils, and other industrial materials. The enhanced profitability is attributed to the utilisation of proprietary technology, which has enabled cost optimization while ensuring competitive pricing.
